The characteristics and experience of China’s marine fishery development and its reference value

Abstract: The successful experience can be summed up in the development of China’s marine fishery: the construction of a sound legal and institutional system provides a solid guarantee for marine fishing and fishery resources protection; scientific and technological progress and technical assistance provide the possibility of fishery development in underdeveloped countries and regions; and the participation of social and civil organizations expands the channels for marine communication and development. As a developing country, Pakistan needs to develop marine fishery and fishing industry, and China’s successful experience can provide it with reference value.
