Abstract：Zhou Jinfeng agrees with the view that the rich and powerful countries should take the historical responsibility for climate change, as expressed in the article “Pakistan and the Fight for Climate Justice” by Jeffrey D. Sachs, professor with the Columbia University. Furthermore, Zhou Jifeng elaborates on the concept of carbon equality from the perspective of climate justice, arguing that "everyone is born with equal carbon rights and responsibilities.
