Abstract:

Aiming to promote the harbor seal protection network system construction, reduce marine garbage pollution, strengthen the consciousness of national marine conservation and lead community residents to participate in harbor seal and marine biodiversity protection, the 2019-2020 Big Yellow Sea Harbor Seal Project under the Global Environment Fund (GEF) was written into the GEF official closing report and gained recognition from the GEF. The report details a series of innovative solutions introduced since the launch of the Yellow Sea large-scale marine ecosystem project.
