Edwin Bernbaum’s new book, the second edition of The Sacred Mountains of the World, covers mountains and explores the impact of climate change on the mountains’ sanctity as well as on environmental and cultural conservation. In the book, the author delves into the spiritual core of mountaineering and the impact of sacred mountains on environmental and cultural conservation. This beautifully written and engaging book presents a meditation on sacred mountains and how they have changed people's daily lives.
