Tian Dexin: Green Development in Drylands Requires the Participation of Local Communities and International Cooperation

Abstract:

The concept of National Ecological Security System (NESS) and its corresponding goals are put forward on the basis of setting the common goal of mankind. N% Plan must enter into the social cooperation relationship, rise to the level of policy and law, and must be supported by scientific quantitative before practical operation and application. I hope we can all act together and pay attention to the N% plan.
