Concerning for Water Conservancy Projects and Ecological Security, Facilitating Eco-environment Protection and High-Quality Development

Abstract:

Eco-environment protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River basin is a complicated systematic project.   It is necessary to do thorough research work and scientific argument in the process of compiling relevant planning schemes. Conservation should be the focus in harnessing the Yellow River. The eco-system in the Heishan Gorge is unique. Prudent and scientific assessment is needed before launching any water conservancy projects.
