Analysis of the distribution of the burden of proof and identification of the causal relationship

Abstract: Environmental tort is a special tort, which has its particularity in the distribution of the burden of proof. However, environmental civil public interest litigation cases involving environmental torts shows marked differences with the general tort in traditional civil litigation in such aspects as the distribution of the burden of proof and identification of the causal relationship.
