Laws and Regulations involved in Logging Trees

Abstract:

As China strengthens the protection of wildlife resources, the number of crimes against national key protected plants has increased significantly. Based on the analysis of several above-mentioned cases, this paper sorts out the main laws and regulations involved in deforestation in China, gives suggestions on tree felling, and reminds the public to be cautious in cutting trees so as to avoid breaking the law due to ignorance. Before cutting trees, Logging Permits must be obtained. Precious Trees shall not be cut down and illegal logging of precious trees breaks the Criminal Law.
