The impact of the release of the Comprehensive Performance Evaluation Index System for Group Standard Organizations on China’s standardization work

Abstract: As the technical support for economic activities and social development, standards are the basic system for the modernization of the national governance system and capacity. The development of group standards is based on market demand, technological progress and the need for standardized management. Although the group standard construction work in China started late, it developed rapidly. At present, there are also many problems. Taking the release of the Comprehensive Performance Evaluation Index System for Group Standard Organizations as an opportunity, this article analyzes the problems in the development process of group standards. Through specific case analysis, it emphasizes the importance and positive significance of the evaluation index being clarified.
