Talking about water body, natural water counts more than water quality

Abstract: Water bodies include not only water itself, but also suspended solids, bottom materials and aquatic organisms in the water. Sustainable water management can mitigate the impacts of climate change and protect societies and ecosystems. This article believes that the natural water is the fundamental criterion for measuring the quality of water bodies. Based on the characteristics and connotation of the nature of water, it emphasizes that “we should take the natural water as the fundamental goal of all related work, including water governance”.
